What to include in a notice
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- The exact URL on this site where the material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Where to send it
Email [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Notice". We aim to acknowledge valid notices within two business days and to remove or disable access to the material while we review it.
Counter notices
If you believe material was removed in error, send a counter notice with the same contact details, the URL, a statement of good faith and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We may restore the material if the original complainant does not pursue the matter.
Repeat infringement
Accounts or contributors who repeatedly submit infringing material may be removed. We keep a record of valid notices and the action taken.
